The software costs £2146.00 for the first user. Each additional user is charged at £310.00†. For over 3 concurrent users there is a requirement for an independent server (supplied by the customer) and the software for this is an additional £988.00†. Customers may want to consider using the server software for 2 users upwards as it provides faster access and built in back facilities.

This cost includes 2 days installation/training/data conversion (were possible) from old systems.

The above charges are for the first year. An annual licence fee of 10%* is charged thereafter on the anniversary of first use. This includes free upgrades† and telephone support. If we are called to your offices a fee may apply in some circumstances. This will be outlined in the contract letter before you purchase.

In situations where costs are an issue, such as startups, we are happy to consider a lower initial cost in exchange for a higher licence fee. In a similar way those wishing to purchase systems for multiple offices should contact us as special discounts usually apply.

MoleSoft's terms are payment of one third in advance and the remainder 28 days after installation. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.

Users rapidly see the advantages and start to rely on the system. Because of this, MoleSoft strongly recommends that you ensure the system is protected with good virus protection software and gets a daily backup right from the start.

† This application runs using the FileMaker database application development environment. In order to keep SkillMatch at the leading edge we generally develop using their latest version. Because of this it may be necessary to upgrade your copies of FileMaker in order to for you to take advantage of our latest features. While our upgrades are included within the 10% charge any associated FileMaker upgrade will be charged at cost. Our initial purchase price does however cover FileMaker upgrades within the first year.
