Current person

This screen displays details of the current person, including their skills, location, contact details, email, URL, type of employment required and required salary range. The main page can also store a picture of the person. A suitable camera costs around £35 making this quite viable.
On this layout are buttons that will match the person to current vacancies, mark them as a CV recipient etc.

Current company

This screen contains areas with details of the company, vacancies, company contacts and notes. These notes can be associated with particular contacts and particular vacancies. The comprensive contact details include two email addresses (the main can be highlighted in red) and a company web address. Beside each contact tel/email/URL is a button that will dial the telephone (depends on hardware), create an email, or launch your browser.

Find person

This facility makes easy work of finding contacts and candidates. Location, skills etc can be specified and the system remembers your previous entry, which is useful if your initial search needs widening or narrowing.
For searches yielding multiple results, the user is presented with a list and can choose which enrty to 'zoom' in on.

To-do list

If there are any jobs due or outstanding items this screen comes up on log in. It can also be called up with its tab whenever (if ever) there is a quiet moment to get on with outstanding tasks! These to-do items can link straight back to any associated vacancies and contacts at the click of a mouse.
When the task is complete, to-do items are marked as done and disappear - but don't worry they can be found again and never go from the company or contact where they were created.

Find company

With this function, companies can be found by name, location or sector. For searches yielding multiple results the user is presented with a list and can choose which enrty to 'zoom' in on.
