Agency

The Agency software costs £698.00 for the first user. Each additional user is charged at £229.00. For over 6 users there is a requirement for a server and the software for this is an additional £1289.00.

This cost is for customer installation. If you wish us to install the system there is an additional charge of £150.00 plus agreed travelling expenses. We may be able to import data from your old system within this price.

The above charges are for the first year. An annual licence fee of 10% is charged thereafter on the anniversary of first use. This includes free upgrades and telephone support. If we are called to your offices a fee may apply in some circumstances. This will be outlined in the contract letter before you purchase.

Users rapidly see the advantages and start to rely on the system. Because of this MoleSoft strongly recommends that you ensure the system is protected with good virus protection software and gets a daily backup right from the start.
